DETROIT, MI  [Friday Feb.20.2004]  /RedBoxCode.com/ -- The Denver Post reports that Evanescence’s Tuesday night show at the Fillmore Auditorium was annoyingly brief. Although it was at times a great performance, it barely hit the 60-minute mark---hardly what fans expect when a headlining band takes the stage. The highlight of the evening was Amy Lee’s performance of “My Immortal,” which contrasted with what may have been the low point, a cover of Soundgarden’s "4th of July," a stretch for Lee’s vocal capabilities. Fans in the Midwest can catch Evanescence this month at the following venues:
Feb. 20 - Saint Cloud, MN - Halenbeck Hall
Feb. 21 - Madison, WI - Alliant Energy Center
Feb. 22 - Fort Wayne, IN - Allen County Memorial Coliseum
Feb. 24 - Champaign, IL - Assembly Hall
