OutKast, Usher, Kanye West and Janet Jackson are scheduled to perform at this year’s show, which takes place at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California. The 2004 recipients of BET’s Lifetime Achievement Award, The Isley Brothers, will also perform. Danny Glover will receive the 2004 BET Humanitarian Award.
