NEW YORK, NY  [Friday Sep.24.2004]  /RedBoxCode.com/ -- Gavin DeGraw will make a special appearance on the season premiere of the TV show, "American Dreams," this Sunday, September 26. The Emmy-award winning drama airs on NBC. DeGraw performs the 1965 classic, "The Tracks of My Tears," by Smokey Robinson and the Miracles.

Also making a guest appearance on this "American Dreams" episode is Brandy. She'll portray Gladys Knight and perform the Gladys Night and the Pips hit, "I Heard It Through the Grapevine."

And mark your calendars. Next month, Gavin will appear on the Showtime program, "Dead Like Me." He's on the October 24 episode. Check local listings for times.
