NEW YORK, NY  [Friday Dec.10.2004]  /RedBoxCode.com/ -- February 8 is the lift-off date for Duran Duran's Astronaut world tour. The 40-date North American arena tour launches from San Juan, Puerto Rico and continues through April 13, when the band plays New York City's Madison Square Garden.

Duran Duran's latest album, "Astronaut," is the first studio album recorded by the band's original lineup of Simon LeBon, Nick Rhodes, John Taylor, Andy Taylor and Roger Taylor since 1983.

Tickets for most of the Duran Duran shows go on sale to the general public this Saturday, December 11, through Ticketmaster.
