MIAMI, FL.  [Tuesday Jan.4.2005]  /RedBoxCode.com/ -- Ashlee Simpson and Kelly Clarkson are among the artists scheduled to perform at the 2005 FedEx Orange Bowl tonight, January 4, in Miami, Florida.

The USC Trojans face off against the Oklahoma Sooners in the battle for college football's national championship. During halftime, Simpson will entertain the crowd with her current single "LaLa," and Clarkson will deliver a song from her new album, "Breakaway." Country artist Trace Adkins is also scheduled to perform at tonight's game at Pro Player Stadium.

The 2005 FedEx Orange Bowl airs on ABC at 8 pm, ET / 7 pm CT.
