NEW YORK, NY  [Monday Feb.7.2005]  /RedBoxCode.com/ -- Beyonce Knowles and her mom, Tina Knowles, plan to release the first designs from their clothing line, House of Dereon, in time for the 2005 holiday season. The clothing line is named for Beyonce's grandmother, Agnes Dereon, and will be geared towards young women. House of Dereon will be carried in better specialty stores worldwide and includes ready-to-wear, casual sportswear and denim offerings.

In an official statement, the Destiny's Child singer said, "It is such a rewarding feeling to be part of something that both my mother and I really believe in. I hope that everybody loves the clothing as much as we do. We have really put our hearts into developing these fashions."
