LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday Feb.25.2005]  /RedBoxCode.com/ -- The Counting Crows and Beyonce are set to perform this Sunday, February 27, at the 77th annual Academy Awards. The Counting Crows will play their Oscar-nominated song, "Accidentally in Love" from "Shrek 2." Beyonce is set to perform three numbers during the show including a duet with Josh Groban on another Best Original Song nominee, "Believe" from "The Polar Express." Beyonce will also sing "Learn to be Lonely" from "The Phantom of the Opera" and will join the American Boychoir on "Look To Your Path (Vois Sur Ton Chemin)" from "The Chorus."

Chris Rock hosts the 2005 Academy Awards show, which takes place at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles. The show airs live at 8 pm ET / 5 pm PT on ABC.
