NEW YORK, NY  [Friday Jun.10.2005]  /RedBoxCode.com/ -- Earlier this week, Beyonce lost a million-dollar lawsuit to modeling agency Wilhelmina for failing to honor her contract with them.

According to MTV, the New York Supreme Court ruled that Beyonce failed to meet the terms of her contract with the Wilhelmina modeling agency when she didn't pay them a commission and service fee for setting up her L'Oreal contract in 2001.

Wilhelmina president Sean Patterson said the Destiny's Child singer "just got some very bad legal advice."
