NEW YORK, NY  [Friday Sep.16.2005]  /RedBoxCode.com/ -- Gwen Stefani is about to take center stage at New York Fashion Week.

The spring 2006 collection from Stefani's clothing line, L.A.M.B., makes its debut on the runway today (September 16th) in the Big Apple.

For Stefani, music and fashion are just a natural part of her. She tells the Associated Press, "Music and fashion, it all comes from the same place of creativity. I don't see why any musician who has style or pays attention to style couldn't do it (fashion)."

The "Cool" singer adds, "It's an extension of my personality. I can't explain why I like it, it's just always been that way for me - like pizza.''
