NEW YORK, NY  [Thursday Dec.22.2005]  /RedBoxCode.com/ -- Destiny's Child has the chance to take home several Grammy Awards at next year's ceremony.

The trio received a nomination for Best R&B Performance By A Duo or Group with Vocals for its song "Cater 2 U," which is also up for Best R&B Song. In addition, Destiny's Child's album "Destiny Fulfilled" is in the running for Best R&B Album.

Beyonce Knowles garnered her own Grammy nominations, earning one for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance for her cover of "Wishing On A Star," and one for Best R&B Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals for "So Amazing," her duet with Stevie Wonder.

The Grammys will be presented on February 8, 2006 during a live television broadcast on CBS.
