LOS ANGELES, CA  [Thursday Mar.9.2006]  /RedBoxCode.com/ -- Weezer, Franz Ferdinand and Gwen Stefani are a few of the artists you'll hear on the forthcoming CD, "Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice, Vol. 2."

The second compilation from Nickelodeon is scheduled for release on March 14th and features 18 tracks, including Weezer's "Perfect Situation," Franz Ferdinand's "Do You Want To," and Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl."

Ciara and Missy Elliot, Kelly Clarkson, Simple Plan, Carrie Underwood, Switchfoot, Mario, Natasha Bedingfield, Saving Jane, and Howie Day are some of the other artists contributing songs to "Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice, Vol. 2."

The album is being released to go with the 19th Annual Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, taking place April 1st at 8:00 pm ET/7:00 pm CT on Nickelodeon. This year's festivities will be hosted by actor, comedian and Tenacious D band member Jack Black.
