MANCHESTER, UK  [Monday Mar.27.2006]  /RedBoxCode.com/ -- The Gorillaz are releasing a new DVD today, but those of us in the US and Canada will have to wait until next week to get our hands on it.

"Gorillaz: Demon Days - Live At Manchester (2006)" gets released in the United Kingdom this Monday, March 27th. The DVD is scheduled for a US-and-Canadian release on Tuesday, April 4th.

The DVD captures the Gorillaz "tribute" show performed at the Manchester Opera House November 1st through 5th, 2005, when Gorillaz co-creator and Blur frontman Damon Albarn took the stage to perform guest musicians, including De La Soul, Shaun Ryder from Happy Mondays, and UK hip-hop artist Roots Manuva.

Albarn and guests will once again re-create "Demon Days" live when they bring the show to New York City for a five-night run at Harlem's Apollo Theatre from April 2-6.
